No recognised leader so Woodenbridge could find herself in front. WOODENBRIDGE (9) mustered speed after an awkward getaway then stuck on well for third when resuming over this distance at Canterbury a fortnight ago. Lightly raced filly who can take this out if she exhibits the natural improvement that is anticipated. CONSULATE (3) came from the second half of the field to get up for second when fresh from a break in the same race as Woodenbridge at Canterbury last time. Gave the impression a bit more ground would suit this time around but she is still a serious threat. CASTELBELLA (2) finished fourth in the same race as the top selection on debut recently. Will take a lot from that run and can bridge the gap. A couple of daughters of Group One winning mares should attract interest. Snitzel/Global Glamour filly SNITZEL'S GIRL (8) has had two quiet trials leading into this for Chris Waller. Expect she will have a bit more to offer come race day. ADELEKE (1) is a Fastnet Rock/El Dorado Dreaming filly who wasn't far away in a recent Wyong trial. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Woodenbridge.
