Genuine tempo with the speedy Afro Prince and Noibara matching motors. AEGIR (5) has been about the mark of late including last start when third over 1200m at this track. Well placed to make a big impression. NOIBARA (9) raced on the speed and kept going to score by 3.5 lengths last time out over 1200m at this track. Has the speed to overcome a wide draw. Finds an easier assignment and can run another big race. AFRO PRINCE (6) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when 11th and beaten 9 lengths over 1200m at this track. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Will give backers a great sight. AFROBEAT (2) was beaten 4.5 lengths into seventh at the second run back from a break in a 1200m contest at this track last time out. No surprise to see him in the mix.
