Pace on from the outset with Arempa, Matchan Samba and Pino Mahana pushing forward, closely attended by Yuyu Ski and Knight Warrior. PEPITA D'ORO (2) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by 0.8 lengths over 1400m at this track. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely and he should be in the finish. AREMPA (4) was in control from the outset to score as favourite on debut over 1400m at this track five-and-a-half weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and should go on with it. PINO MAHANA (9) is a progressive type still in first campaign but off to a great start to career. Recorded back to back wins with a one length success over 1400m at Kawasaki last time. In form and likely to figure in the finish again. AKHNATEN (7) recorded a strong on-pace win here last time by 1.5 lengths over 1400m. Is a winner at this circuit. Cannot be underestimated.
