No noted leader so it looks a very modest tempo. REINA ISABELLA (10) has raced twice to date and placed in both, edged out by the smart King West on debut at Cranbourne before another narrow defeat at Benalla. She'll be better for those runs and the rise to 1400m should suit ideally. DEMIQUAVER (4) has run third in two runs back from a spell, working home well in a strong maiden at Bendigo over 1300m last time out. She's drawn out again here but will be running on strongly. AMANOAH (2) is a filly by American Pharoah on debut who has been jumping out nicely leading in. This looks like a good kick-off point for her. DOLLAR SHOT (5) should appreciate the rise in trip second up and has claims. SUGGESTED PLAY: Reina Isabella to win.
