Strong pace from Kiss Of Fire, Instant Attraction and Gamer. INSTANT ATTRACTION (3) followed up her maiden victory with a good second-place finish over 2000m at Turffontein. She has finished second once and third once from as many starts over this distance. Apprentice Trent Mayhew is back in the saddle and she should go close to recording another victory. STORM AHEAD (2) cost himself winning last time as he hung inwards in the final 250m when second over 2000m at Greyville. If keeping on a straight line, he can go one better. CARNELO (4) made solid progress last time out when finishing third of 10 over 2000m at Turffontein Inside. Looks well placed here and jumping from an inside draw rates highly. VIVA DE JANEIRO (9) progressed nicely last start to finish second of nine over 1600m at this track when well supported. Jumping from the inside gate can take this race out.
