Ise Bay has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. ISE BAY (3) is back at the races for the first time since January 28. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1400m at this track. Could be hard to stop fresh. AUSPICIOUS DAY (1) turned in an eye-catching run over this journey last time, settling out the back before winding up late to finish fourth at this track. Nicely placed and expected to go well. MILD CORSA (5) finished third last time over 1400m at this track when resuming from a spell. Has a good record at this course and distance, including two wins. Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. RESPLENDOR (4) missed the frame last start over 820m at this track when a disappointing tenth. Well placed to turn things around.
