ROCK CITY BOY (10) was quickly into stride over 1500m at Kawasaki last time and dug deep to score by 5 lengths. Finds a tougher race but he has the ability to test this field. DERMA PURUSA (12) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1500m at this track. Has the gate speed to cross from out wide. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ELEGANT JEWELRY (6) was in a different class last time with a dominant all-the-way win by 2 lengths at this track over 1400m. Form here at this trip reads three wins from six starts. One of the main contenders. KAITO KING (2) improved sharply last time out to score by 2.5 lengths over 1600m at Funabashi three-and-a-half weeks ago. Finds a suitable race and can feature in the finish.
