Expect a strong tempo with Wishlor Lass and Sirileo Miss rolling forward. FIRESTORM (14) was heavily backed in the G3 Tesio Stakes at Moonee Valley last time but was a bit disappointing when fifth, having run well when back to a mile in the G1 Epsom prior. Like her getting to Flemington from a nice draw with Lane sticking. QUICKSTER (6) has been good in two runs back, hitting the line nicely in the G3 Angst over 1600m at Randwick last time out. She looks set to peak getting to 2000m third up. HINGED (7) has been incredibly costly, given very little chance in the Angst two back when running on well before another good effort last week in the G3 Rosehill Gold Cup. McDonald going on could be the difference she needs. LITTLE MIX (9) has been good in two runs back and looks ready to fire. PRIVATE LEGACY (10) can improve. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Firestorm & Quickster.
