GOLDEN KITE (2) was well fancied on debut last start and was not far off the mark, finishing third and beaten 2.5 lengths over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt. Open to sharp improvement and can get off the mark this time. LE VALET D'COEUR (9) finished third, beaten 2 lengths, over 1800m at Niigata Dirt on debut 12 weeks ago and has been kept under wraps since. Likely improver and can feature again. UNEXPLORED (12) settled a long way back then ran on powerfully on debut last start to finish second over 1600m at this track. Another bold showing is expected with Ryan Moore to steer. TEMPESTOSO (4) made late ground and finished second last time over 1600m at this track, beaten 0.8 lengths, at his second trip to the races. Anticipating another strong effort.
