Slick tempo assured from Gus The Bus and Coco Jewel leading the charge. GENERAL BARCA (3) has put in some big efforts in his career but can also mix his form. He seems to be a lot more genuine this season and was closing off his run strongly when finishing third here 2 weeks ago. He has 1.5kg less to carry this time and Michael Cahill picks up the ride. He is ready to win. SEEYA LATER GATER (4) has just battled lately over a middle distance and is back to a distance that he last won over 4 starts back on this track. He is likely to be ridden quietly early on and can finish right over the top of them here. Stick with him. COCO JEWEL (5) turned a corner recently and broke through for an overdue win on this track a fortnight ago when leading all the way. Now that the penny has dropped, she can go right on with the job. GUS THE BUS (6) did win his only race on this track. He was third fresh up at Gympie and is worth including in all combinations. SUGGESTED PLAY: General Barca to win.
