Plenty of early speed in this field so they should hit the ground running. WILD AT WAR (3) ran a cracker when second in Grade 2 company last time out. It must be noted that the form of that race has since been franked. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. If seeing out the 1600m, he should be hard to peg back. GREATERIX (2) followed up his maiden win with an equally impressive victory over 1100m on this course. He should love the rise to 1600m. He is capable of notching up the hat-trick. WAHEED (4) was doing his best work late when fourth in Garde 3 class last start. He is having his peak run and will be cherry-ripe. He is nicely weighted at 54.5kgs and should be right in the finish again. GUY GIBSON (1) showed some signs of a form return in his last start here over this trip. If confirming his recent improvement, he would not be a shock winner at some nice each-way value.
