GREAT CANBERRA (7) made progress last start to finish third over 1600m at Morioka Dirt after being prominent at the corner. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves plenty of thought. Grade 2 placegetter PEACE ONE PARADIS (6) returns from a spell. Finished fifth at this track and distance at his only appearance last prep six months ago. Worth thought fresh. MATSURIDA WORLD (2) finished fifth last start over 1600m at Morioka Dirt. Perfectly placed and in the mix. RUTILE QUARTZ (5) turned in a modest performance when ninth last time out over 1200m at Morioka Dirt after a win at this track at the previous outing. In contention this time.
