Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. WILL DUSK (5) is coming off a last-start fourth, beaten 4 lengths, over 1700m at this track. Big run likely. PERSONAL RECORD (4) faced the starter for the first time and finished 14th last start at Kyoto Dirt over 1800m, beaten 27 lengths. Worth following up. YAMANO GIFT (2) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1230m at this track, beaten only 1.75 lengths. Looks to be in the right race so another bold effort is on the cards.
