El Diana to set a keen tempo joined by Kitano Resita pushing on from an outside draw. MEISHO SAKIGAKE (8) finished fifth over 1500m at this track at his most recent appearance on June 13. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. KOKORONO ANGEL (9) missed the frame last start when she settled well back over 1500m at this track. Makoto Okabe gets the best out of this six-year-old mare. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. KURINO VENUS (7) settled well back from a good draw last time before running on solidly to finish sixth. Well placed and is among the chances. EL DIANA (5) finished second at this track two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1500m at this track. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
