Hot tempo expected with Red Sea Hills, Fly To Me and Art Nouveau heading the charge. ALAKANANI (4) was not disgraced against winners over 2000m on the Classic course last time. He is back in maiden grade and looks well placed to return to form. BRIGHAM (1) was doing his best work late when finishing a close-up fourth of 10 over 1600m last time. Rates well as an each-way chance. ART NOUVEAU (7) is better than her last start run would suggest as she was reported to be not striding out. She finished third in her only attempt over this distance. Phelisile Mongqawa is booked to ride and she should give the males a decent run for their money. ROYAL MIRACLE (2) is better than his last start run for fifth looks on paper. If finding the form of his penultimate run when finishing second can finish in the placings.
