DASHING POWER (5) sat on the speed before being collared late when third over 1460m at Queanbeyan on September 10. Well placed today and should prove hard to run down. APACHE DEEL (4) comes out of the same race as Dashing Power after tiring late to finish fifth at latest. Can stalk the speed again and figure prominently. A DOUBLE DEGREE (2) covered plenty of ground from the wide gate and failed to shirk his task when a gritty second over 1300m at Wagga on September 5. Will prove hard to hold out. ORNE (8) up in trip when improved to finish fifth over 1435m here on August 30. Stays in the mix. ADVENTURE SEEKER (3) is a first starter by The Autumn Sun fitted with two trials.
