A solid tempo on the cards with Mutekino Harison leading the way. MUTEKINO HARISON (9) is a promising colt yet to miss the frame after three starts, including two wins. Has not been produced since he was successful over 800m at Himeji on February 5. Takanori Nagai who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Should be hard to stop. BELLAGIO FOCUS (1) drops in class after finishing 30 lengths away in eighth over 1700m at this track four weeks ago when he was always well back. Anticipating sharp improvement. EL GRAN GOLAZO (7) found a couple better last start at this track over this distance. Has a very good record over today's journey with two wins from four starts. One of the contenders. SOUTHERN WARRIOR (3) was beaten 15 lengths into fifth in a 1700m contest at this track four weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
