Strong pace with Wishful Thinker pushing forward along with Empire Song from an outside gate. HIGH ON THE HILL (3) is off a let up heading into this but looks well placed. He was an easy Kilmore maiden winner first up, sent straight into the Vobis Gold Dash at Caulfield last time and well backed there, sent out a $6 chance and closing off well for third. He can continue to improve and this suits. CATTLE CAMP (7) won well enough on debut at Sale, closing off in good late splits to score by half a length. Straight to 1200m but off the debut that should suit and he can certainly measure up. MILOS FILOS (14) is racing well in some good races, beaten by the likes of Torsheen & Extragalactic her past couple. That form is very good for this, she looks well placed. HOOK 'N' SPUR (8) looks better suited coming back to 1200m off a freshen and can be finishing strongly. OLE DAZE (5) just missed last time off a good debut win and is open to further improvement. SUGGESTED PLAY: High On The Hill to win.
