Strong tempo with Barra Mundy, Weapons Hot and Great Promise leading the charge. LORD SHIVA (1) drops in grade today after only one run last time in work where he faded out of contention. He carries a big weight here, but he's the class runner of the field and should be able to find the front from a good draw. Plenty to like and he can return with a bang. MEDIA MOGUL (6) was strong from the front over 1400m last start and comes back to 1000m today on the back of a 55-day freshen. Should be handy from the inside draw with Fiore replacing the apprentice hoop. Rates highly on his last couple of efforts and can make his presence felt. CORNER OFF (5) is better than she showed last time out at Pinjarra where she never got into contention. CJP hops on board, she draws inside and she can bounce back to her best. CLEANEMUP (3) has trialled well coming into this and a forward showing is on the cards. BLUE CAN TALK (8) won't be far away. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Lord Shiva in the last.
