Silverwater Kid will stride forward but there are few debutants who can keep him busy. OUR LADY PEACE (8) found the 1000m too short first-up, then she chipped away late with a respectable fifth over 1250m at Newcastle. Back to her home track and looks the value play in the race. CALL ME ZEUS (1) expensive Zoustar gelding from the good producer Swiss Rose on debut for the David Pfieffer yard. Has impressed in both trials and shapes as a leading prospect over this trip. SILVERWATER KID (2) came back a level at his second race start with a tough on-pace second over 1010m at Moruya. Further improved for this and will appreciate the claim. Gets his chance from the draw. G'DAY AUSBRED (4) resumes after struggling to finish his races off in the first prep. Gelded over the break and looked sharp enough in a recent Hawkesbury trial placing. Well drawn and must be considered. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 8,1,2.
