Reasonable tempo with K Two Penny probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. FOR ELISE (4) was sent out favourite last time and scored by 1.75 lengths at this track. Has a decent record at this track with two wins and two minor placings from five starts. Masatoshi Yamamoto who has three wins when partnering stays on. Leading contender. KURA KINKA (7) is a talented type yet to taste defeat after two runs this campaign, the latest over 1400m at this track. Rewarded favourite backers last time out and can continue the winning run. LAVEY (1) did a great job to score by half a length over today's course and distance when resuming from a layoff last start. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. K TWO PENNY (6) is ticking along okay with two runs this time in. Improved last time out when fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at this track over 1600m. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Don't underestimate.
