POD DUKE (8) returned from a break with a win by half a length over 900m at this track making it three straight. The testing material. MOULIN ALEZAN (3) was a gutsy winner first-up from a spell two runs back then ran eighth over 900m at this track on March 3. This is her optimum trip with four wins from seven starts and looks a top chance. INTENSE DRIVE (6) finished 4 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 900m at this track, an improvement on her seventh at this track the run before. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. TITLE CALL (11) was in the money two starts back at Urawa but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth, beaten 11 lengths, at Urawa over 800m. Nicely placed to turn things around.
