A solid tempo is anticipated with Unsnoozual and Stormy Swey kicking up to hold out the next wave. SIR HERRIDAH (5) settled midfield from the outside draw then worked home impressively to win his maiden first-up over 1100m at Dubbo. Finished third here at this trip second-up last prep. Can race closer from a better gate today and another win looks on the cards. ARAPAWA (7) is back after a four-month spell. Made pleasing progress through the maiden prep, with the two best performances coming at this circuit. Recent trial placegetter at Scone so he looks set for a bright return. BONOYSTER (9) is racing well but a second win has been elusive. Even effort last time to finish third over 1200m at the Beaumont track. Goes best for Pracey-Holmes who is back in the saddle. One of the better hopes. STORMY SWEY (8) drove hard late and was beaten under a length when resuming over 1000m at Orange a fortnight ago. Needs luck from a wide gate but should be in the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sir Herridah each-way in a tough race.
