Genuine tempo with Jason Darren and On Any Tuesday pressing for the lead. Plenty of strong form lines converge. OAKFIELD ALASKA (6) debuted against the black-type placegetter Tupakara at Scone last start and gave that filly a galloping lesson. Savaged the line that day so an extra 250m looks perfect. Looks well above average and is clearly the benchmark in this field. ROCKBARTON SPEAR (9) finished like a train to just get up in a 1206m maiden at Port Macquarie three weeks ago. Has only raced twice so there is plenty more to come, particularly out this trip. ON ANY TUESDAY (12) led from the outset for an effortless maiden win when resuming over 1206m at Port Macquarie recently. Looks like she has turned the corner this prep. Sure to give backers a great sight again. O'BRITZELLE (14) dominated in a 1250m Taree maiden when resuming last start. Lightly raced filly with plenty of upside. SUGGESTED PLAY: Oakfield Alaska to win again.
