Moderate tempo with Air Dancer leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. PACIFIC PRINCESS (7) is proving to be very hard to catch, and even though she was not far off the winner last time out, she was really expected to win that race. If she is in the right mood, then she can win. ALTEZZA (6) is another very capable mare that has been mixing her form. She was third last time out, and Bruno Queiroz sticks with her. Each way value. AIR DANCER (5) did not fire at Matamata nearly 4 weeks ago and has had some gear changes since then. If the right version of her shows up, then she can figure in the top 3. LANTERN WAY (1) ruined his chances by racing greenly here last time out over 1600m, and he is out to a middle distance in an effort to find some form. He is another moody type who can win if he wants to. SUGGESTED PLAY: Pacific Princess to win.
