Genuine pace with Bev's Nine taking up the running ahead of Colourful Emperor and Hi Dubai. BEV'S NINE (5) puts an unbeaten record on the line after five straight wins. Returns from a let-up and since fitted with a 900m trial win at this track. Held in high regard by the stable and should have little problem accounting for these. Go close. COSMONOVA (8) classy mare who drops in grade. Sat on the fast tempo from the outside gate and faded badly in the straight to finish tenth over 1200m in the G3 Birthday Card Stakes at this track. Blinkers go on and shapes as the main danger. WELL TIMED (3) sharp form reversal at latest with a gritty nose victory over 1200m at Kembla Grange in the Bert Lillye. Proven at this level and kept up to the mark with an 800m trial at Kembla Grange. Each way. AKAYSHA (9) top filly resuming and unlucky not to have a few more wins on the CV. Primed for this with the two trials and gets map favours with the good tempo. The chances don't end there. SUGGESTED PLAY: Bev's Nine looks hard to catch again.
