PERRIAM HEDGECUTTING / SOUTH PACIFIC MEATS THORNBURY HANDICAP 1400m Track: SOFT 5 True |

The pace looks very strong with plenty of speed engaged. MONAGHAN BOY (8) has been racing well out of his grade, and he was a tough winner here on Saturday. Another honest effort can be expected. Each way. MASTER MARKO (2) will be rock-hard fit, and he fought hard when finishing third at Wingatui last start, even though he probably should have run past them that day. He likes his home track, and he is a must for all combos. WILLIS (3) has been racing well in some tougher fields than this, and he drops down to a nice weight for this. He will put himself right on the pace from his good draw, and he will be fighting out the finish. Each way. ROCHELLO (6) was a game runner-up here on Saturday, and she has top 3 claims again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Willis each way.
