SOMETHING GREAT (2) used the rails draw to good effect last start, bouncing straight to the lead and scoring an all-the-way win over 1400m at this track. Has a solid record here at the distance with two wins and a minor placing from four tries. Expected to go very well. PALM BEACH (5) was in the money two starts back at this track but was unable to repeat the effort last time when sixth, beaten 9 lengths, at this track over 1400m. Worth noting Leo Nakayama goes aboard. Finds a tougher race but she has the talent to test this line-up. GRAF (4) made progress last time out, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1400m at this track. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is good enough to figure in the finish. RED LEGGERA (8) turned in another moderate effort last start when 9 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1400m at this track. Capable of featuring prominently.
