A keen contest with Song For Rosie and Cosmolicious leading from Farnciful.
FARNCIFUL (6) travelled just off the speed then let down impressively to win her maiden last start over this distance at Port Macquarie. Lightly raced filly who has more to offer. Tricky draw but can win again. SONG FOR ROSIE (3) comes here off a couple of sound recent efforts at the provincials. Raced wide for the trip and did a good job to stick on for fourth last time over today's journey at Kembla. Nicely drawn and this looks a very winnable race. Sparingly raced filly COSMOLICIOUS (4) is coming along nicely. Easily won her maiden two back then went within a neck of making it two straight over 1100m at Armidale last start. Maps beautifully from a perfect draw and is a serious contender. EMPRESS TSARINA (2) is back from a 28-week spell. Raced nine times in the maiden prep for six top three finishes. Has to be considered with the help of the inside alley. ALL TORN UP (7) failed as favourite at Coffs Harbour last start but the heavy track may be to blame. Worth another chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Farnciful each-way.
