Good pace expected with Only Morgan, Umetaro and K Ballade paving the way. K BALLADE (6) closed last campaign with three consecutive minor placings and is back today after a break of ten weeks. Sure to be in the finish. ASTER DIMBULA (1) is a distance specialist who improved last start to finish third over 1300m at Saga. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. ILLUMINATOR (3) is back from a spell of 12 weeks and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 1700m at this track. Should be prominent. TRAIL RIDGE (2) was beaten for early speed and didn't come into contention when a disappointing seventh over 1400m at Nagoya most recently. Well placed and should be thereabouts.
