Solid tempo with Northern Fire Ball booting up along the inside while Cheerful Wongchoy and Winning Money push on from their awkward gates. WINNING MONEY (7) sat outside the leader at this track and trip last time to get the job done by 0.3L. He's since trialled nicely at Conghua and returns to the scene of the crime. Purton was able to negotiate the wide alley last start and with a touch of luck again, he can repeat the dose. NORTHERN FIRE BALL (2) led and won comfortably last time out, scoring by 1.3L when jumping a $3.30 chance. Drawing the inside should see him up front once again and having to do no work under Leung. He rates highly on that latest effort and he can go back-to-back. THOUSAND SPIRIT (5) comes to this track and trip for the first time after being gunned down late at Sha Tin most recently. A better draw suits him this time around and his 1200m form is solid. In good order and can put his best foot forward. CHEERFUL WONGCHOY (8) will benefit from the debut performance and can feature again from a good draw.
