A solid tempo is on the cards with Miss Boom and Star Decorum pushing for the lead ahead of Royal Trapeze and Never Surrender. ARC DE PUISSANCE (1) has tackled the line strongly in his two runs back and should be hitting his straps third-up. If they can utilise the low draw he will prove mighty tough to deny. COPPER BULLET (2) was good fresh when chasing gamely into the placings. Missed the start at the latest and was subsequently always off the bit trying to keep up. Backs up quickly from Saturday and finds a nice race to make amends, though he will need a smart steer from the wide draw. NEVER SURRENDER (4) was poor last start in town but his two runs prior were full of merit. Willing to forgive - watch for a sharp bounce back. ROYAL TRAPEZE (3) is another that is on the quick back-up from the weekend. Boasts a good record over this track and trip. Keep on side. SUGGESTED PLAY: Arc De Puissance gets the nod.
