GOING: H(8)

THE AGENCY REAL ESTATE HANDICAP 1100m

Track: HEAVY 8   Clear (Max: 33)   Rail: +3m Entire. (Pent: 5.98)

Our Queen and Shalaa Gold should set a strong clip. Good race for the midweeks. POLYGLOT (4) made nice progress last start at the second run of the campaign, travelling up on the speed then digging deep to finish second over this distance at Rosehill. In the frame at eight of nine runs over today's journey. Sure to be highly competitive again. FINE VINTAGE (2) defeated subsequent winner Kimberley Secrets over this distance at Canterbury two back. Game in defeat when stretched to 1250m last time. Has won five from ten at 1100m and is a big chance to add to that tally today. GRAND PRAIRIE (3) resumes. Won the Group 3 Up And Coming last prep before the form tapered. Goes well when fresh and has the class factor. SWEETHEARTED (1) has been in work for a while and keeps stepping up. Giving weight to some smart sprinters which is a concern, but he is honest and will run well. ICARIAN DREAM (6) has been freshened up after some decent form in Queensland stakes races. Cannot be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: Polyglot on top in a very good contest.
