Yet to miss the placings here in an excellent record which boasts four wins and two placings. Must be respected. ARAIGUMA PUNCH (2) is going well and is knocking on the door, last time out finishing second over 800m at Urawa and only a neck from the winner. The longer journey should suit and he gets his chance to break through. POD BUDDY (9) has been freshened since being narrowly beaten last time, finishing second over 1200m at this track. Genuine contender. GENKI IPPAI (6) finished fifth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1200m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Nicely placed to find winning ways.
