Plenty of pressure from Hezangelic, Kings Court and Lucky I Am battling for the lead over Niccimota. This is competitive. Leaning to RIPPER RUPERT (8) with winning ride Pike reunited. Led and was outgraded at Stakes level at Pinjarra before a fair effort here over his trip on a quick back up. Better suited today and he can use the rail to his advantage. LUCKY I AM (2) is busting to win. Has threatened her last three and finds easier than Belmont last time. Is on a 7-day return and the 3kg claim brings her right into it. KINGS COURT (3) switched stables and led and won a CL1 at Belmont first-up. He's much improved and with the extra fitness he can make the finish. NICCIMOTA (4) led and was quickly back on track beaten 1L this track/trip in stronger grade. Has the handy 2kg claim for a 2x winning rider and she has to be considered as well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Ripper Rupert.
