Solid tempo anticipated with Cavalry Scout taking charge. Siding with the resuming CAVALRY SCOUT (4) who looks to have trialled nicely leading in. He was right in the market on debut here and ran a solid race for fourth, perhaps a bit new on that occasion. With a bit more time to develop he can go on with it this time in. TEN WARRIORS (3) has had a stack of chances and just can't get the job done, with 9 minor placings from 13 starts. He's been running in some strong maidens however and should get his chance from the inside gate. DIRTY LOOK (10) ran a solid race on debut at Seymour, getting home well there after settling back. She should improve nicely to 1300m. WINDHOWLER (9) is a gelding by Ghaiyyath for the Hayes yard who debuts. He's won a trial leading in and looks set to measure up. CHOWDOWN (5) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cavalry Scout to win.
