Despite the small field Hakusan Marron, Nac Jupiter and Nobuno Cat can set a strong tempo. NAC JUPITER (6) made it two wins in succession last time out when she scored by half a length over 1400m at this track. Must be respected. NOBUNO CAT (5) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when sixth over 1500m at this track. Nicely placed to turn things around. SERAPHINITE (2) ran below his best last start when fifth from a wide draw over today's course and distance. Settles back early but winds up late. One of the contenders. HAKUSAN MARRON (3) disappointed last start when out of the placings over 1500m at this track. Look for an improved run here.
