Iikuni Passion to take charge ahead of Vip Leon at a strong tempo. IIKUNI PASSION (8) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1200m at this track when second, beaten a head. Promising type with improvement to come so he will prove tough to beat. PHOTON GEYSER (7) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at this track, beaten 8 lengths into sixth. Nicely placed to break the maiden status. RYUNO ESSENCE (4) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then she was always well out of her ground and was beaten 8 lengths when fifth over 1200m at this track two weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. LIA ARTESIAN (1) never really threatened on debut, finishing midfield and beaten 16 lengths over 1400m at Tokyo. Expected to improve sharply and worth including this line-up.
