TAYLOR TESORO (2) has scored at his last two starts, most recently by half a length over 1400m at this track as favourite. That continued the good form this campaign, with two wins from four outings. Big chance once again. MANA MAKANA (11) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 1400m at this track, getting home by 2.5 lengths. Winning rider Toru Takeyoshi retains the mount. Goes up a rung or two but she is good enough to figure in the finish. FRANCINA TESORO (7) just missed last time when a head away in second at this track over 1400m. Genuine contender. MERCURY SEVEN (9) bounced back last start and got the job done by 2.5 lengths over 1400m at this track. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
