SOKKO TARUMAKA (10) showed good early speed last start before boxing on well and finishing third, beaten one length, over today's trip at this track. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. FUKUNO LUKKA (8) returns from a break of five-and-a-half months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a win over 1600m at this track. Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. OLIVE BRANCH (7) was a gutsy winner last time over 1600m at this track, scoring by half a length and making it two wins in a row. Hard to knock recent runs and looks a definite winning hope again. KINSEN O (3) strode forward early last start from his wide draw and was never headed, scoring by one length at this track over 1400m. Has a terrific record here with two wins and five minor placings from seven starts. Solid claims on best form.
