Went forward in the soft (7) going with a close-up head second over 1400m at Kembla Grange. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. GUNFIGHTER ROAD (4) was ridden positively and led throughout to score over 1400m at Nowra in Maiden grade last time out. Positive ride expected again and is right in this. SPLENDID MAGNUS (6) was in the money two starts back at Cowra but couldn't back it up last time when seventh over 1400m at Albury. Finds a suitable assignment and can find winning form.
