Lots of speed predominantly from The Netball Queen, Frostisen and Dear My Friend.
Speedy filly FROSTISEN (6) lined up for only the second time last start and showed a great turn of foot to easily take out a Hawkesbury maiden over today's trip. Has been well found in betting at both starts and is living up to the market confidence. Ready to take this next step, particularly in her own backyard. MASTER YODA (4) showed little early muster but really knuckled down late to get the chocolates on debut over this distance at Goulburn last time out. Not sure staying at 1100m on a tight track is ideal, but with natural improvement to come he should be highly competitive again. HE'S COOL (3) easily accounted for Frostisen over this course and distance two back then closed late for third when a month between runs at Port Macquarie most recently. Proper contender. DEAR MY FRIEND (1) last appeared when an all-the-way winner over 1000m here in October. Trialling well and is right in the mix. THE NETBALL QUEEN (5) bolted in here last start and cannot be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: Frostisen to continue her winning ways.
