AUCKLAND CO-OP TAXIS 2200m Track: SOFT 5 Out 8.5m |

Plenty of pace from Giacomo, High Country and Just Call Me Jonny matching motors ahead of Khan Hunter. LEVAKIA (5) dug deep and ran home hard when finishing runner-up at Pukekohe just over 2 weeks ago. She has won her only start over 2200m, and will have Michael McNab in the saddle for the first time, and he has been riding well. On top for us. HEZASHOCKA (1) needed his resuming run at Tauranga over 1600m in the G2 Japan Trophy 3 weeks ago, and he will be a lot sharper over a more suitable trip on this track. Opie Bosson picks up the ride, and with a big drop in class, a form reversal is on the cards. HIGH COUNTRY (8) followed up his BM65 win here with another win at Tauranga 3 weeks ago, when making the most of a leader's bias, to score by over 9 lengths. Stick with him. MALDINI (6) was a brave runner-up when resuming, and then did not appreciate the good track at Pukekohe last time out. If the track is wet, then his top 4 claims will soar. JUST CALL ME JONNY (9) has turned a corner recently with his form, and he is well worth including in all top 4 combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Levakia can win this.
