They should run this along at a generous pace with Shambo Jack and Dressedfor Success pressing on coupled with a few unknowns on the map. MISS PERNA (2) battled away fairly well when resuming and probably needed the run. She had won a trial here before that, and should now be spot on with her fitness. Craig Grylls sticks with hr, and so do we. SHAMBO JACK (1) was less than a length from the winner fresh up at Pukekohe 15 days ago, and that form will make him one of the hardest to beat in this. GROCER'S GIRL (3) won the most recent of her 2 Taupo trials, and is bred to want more ground. With any luck from a wide draw, she can figure in the finish. Check the market. FIAMMA (6) has been showing ability at the trials, and she will have use of the coveted pole position for her debut. Use the market as the best guide. VITALIZE (11) has the breeding that suggests she will want more ground, and her trial form has been near enough. Include in all top 4 combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Miss Perna will be hard to beat.
