Moderate pace only with Crown And Anchor leading Following Sea. FOLLOWING SEA (2) will appreciate dropping back to this level after two sound efforts in town to kick off the prep. Strips fitter third-up and can run a big race stepping out to 1800m. MR TRAFFICANTI (7) was doing his best work late at Port Lincoln, looking to have got things back on track after a poor effort at Balaklava. Yet to miss the frame in two starts over this course and distance. and gets in light with the 3kg claimer engaged. Main danger. DOLCEMENTE (6) pulled up with excuses last start in town when well beaten. Had some good efforts littered through her form prior, and now drops back to a winning trip off a 49-day freshen. Draws well and can give this a shake if back in good order. EAGLELOU (3) doesn't win out of turn but is knocking on the door. Got home strongly over a similar trip at Kingscote two back. Expect him to drift back from his draw and try and reel them in late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Following Sea gets the nod.
