Expecting Prince Kuro to take up the running with Inner Sanctum and Ti Tree Royal close at hand. LAKEHURST (1) battled away soundly fresh, then took a good step forward when carrying the big weight to win at Broken Hill. Is open to further improvement third-up and gets 3kg off with the claim. Leading player. PRINCE KURO (5) hasn't won for a long time but strikes a much more suitable assignment back at this level. Should give himself every chance up on speed. Don't take lightly. EMMOOKI MAGIC (7) was beaten by the barest of margins when resuming here in February. Has been less effective in her last two but gets the chance to get things back on track from the kind draw. LIGHTLY SPARKLED (2) is yet to hit her straps since joining the Lynch stable but suspect she may be able improve sharply on the quick back-up. Keeping safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lakehurst can win again.
