Pro Aussie to set a keen tempo joined by Asawin pushing on from an outside draw. NO GREATER VUE (3) broke through for his Maiden win over 1200m at Colac last time scoring comfortably. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Has a low draw and he is a decent chance to go back-to-back. TATSU (1) found one better first-up in stronger at Wangaratta. Goes well second-up and has plenty up the sleeve. Has the rail and the longer sprint suits. CHOSEN VENTURE (14) has a very good fresh record, scoring two times including one over 975m at this track first-up. Has found a suitable race. JAMMIN JIMMY (6) is better than the two most recent runs suggest. Went close at Donald three back but is crueled again by the gate. John Allen is reunited and he may find the right splits. ASAWIN (2) showed good early dash but dropped out over 1300m at Sandown-Hillside in much tougher. Has been freshened and switched stables. Has to push forward from a wide gate but gets in well enough with the 3kg claim. Could surprise. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sticking with No Greater Vue.
