Genuine pace with Aussie Pride taking up the running ahead of Two Stroke Baby and Ideas Galore. ZOUDEADLY (5) impressed placing at Werribee and then didn't manage the wide gate at Pakenham. Draws better today and is suited in country. The 1600m will suit and he gets his chance. SO ENCHANTING (13) wasn't far away first up over 1300m at Seymour. Finished hard from well back and should appreciate the longer journey with that run under the belt. Won't find this as tough and it's hard to risk the jockey/yard. JUST LANDED (1) needed the first up run. May need longer now but has placed 2/3 second-up and should enjoy a soft run. SKYDREAM (12) draws wide but keeps John Allen and has been racing in tougher Maidens. Hard fit now and has to be considered. BAUDIN (9) can improve sharply at 1600m and his best form would give him a chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Zoudeadly.
