Mandino is expected to burn across and lead from the wide draw. GLOBAL TURN (4) is the class horse that brings superior formlines. Is 1/1 over the course and distance and gets a 2kg claimer on to aid the big weight. A lot to like. PRODIGAL LAD (5) caught the eye first-up and then followed it up with another strong chasing effort here at the latest. Has another wide draw to overcome but should be hitting his straps now. Main danger. ALLEGEDLY (1) has worked into his campaign nicely and now finally draws a good gate. Gets help under the big weight with the 2kg claimer again engaged. No reason he can't get involved again. GRINZINGER ACE (6) has been well below his best in his last two but his form prior stacks right up. Keeping safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Global Turn to win.
