Chad's Me Dad to take charge ahead of Pearly Nuggett at a strong tempo.
DUBLIN RED (6) put together some solid performances last prep and resumed from a spell with a game effort for second over 1100m. She might already be looking for more ground, but she did win a trial before that last run, and is good enough to take this out. NATURAL GEM (4) had been holding her form in the city before dropping in company and scoring here nearly 2 weeks ago by well over a length. She has since joined the local Kev Newton stable and can go on with the job. ALOTOFBANTER (1) raced keenly and never got a go at them all the way up the home straight last time out. He can stay out of trouble from a wider gate this time, and can make amends. BLITZEM BABE (5) needed her first run back from a spell at Ascot 13 days ago. She will be happy to be back on her home track, and is expected to improve sharply. NO MORE DUST (8) has yet to fire on this course and benefits from a 3kg claim this time. She is hard to recommend as a winner but can figure in the top 4. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dublin Red each way.
